I have not tracked my weight for a couple of weeks as a lot of thingshave taken me away from home lately. It is harder for me to eat right when I am on the road or visiting relatives. Fast food is not good. I just try when home to eat healthy and DO THE EXERCISIBG that burns those bad choices.
